Policies

To schedule a massage or lymphatic facial  appointment, simply book online or give us a call !  Sorry, we do not accept walk-ins.

 Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. First time clients please  fill out appropriate intake form/ forms in addition to the office policies form prior to your scheduled appointment. These will be requited at the time of your service.  You will find the forms in the section below. 

* Please cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours are able to use deposit fee to reschedule within seven days. All same day cancellations will be charged 100% for the service appointment. This will be added to your service at your rescheduled appointment. 

***No call-No show appointment: will be banned from future appointments

NJ state sales tax is added to every service as mandated my New Jersey State Law. 

* If you will be running a few minutes late for an appointment, please note time will be deducted from your time together. In addition, please arrive 10 minutes before your start time if you need to fill out paperwork. 5 minutes if this is NOT your first appointment with me. 

* Privacy Your privacy is important. Details of our work together are confidential, and I comply with HIPPA privacy standards.   

 Arrive at your appointment time, so we can start the relaxation process and discuss any goals you have for the session. For example, you  would like to address a specific shoulder pain or want relaxing full body massage. Eating something light and being hydrated is recommended. Lastly, cellphones should be put on “Do not disturb,” so that you can fully enjoy your session without interruption.  

Typically, clients are not clothed while receiving bodywork. However, you can dress down to your comfort level. Linens will be provided for your session. Please note that proper draping techniques are used and you will NEVER be fully exposed at any time. 

I have a zero tolerance policy. If any inappropriate behavior occurs I will ask you to leave and police will be immediately notified.
