Why LED light was developed and some science behind it.
It was developed by NASA in response of their concern of the slow healing process of Astronauts, who were getting injured in space.  “NASA’s LED device stimulates the basic energy processes in the mitochondria (the energy-producing compartments) of each cell, particularly when near-infrared light is used to activate color-sensitive chemicals (chromospheres, cytochrome systems) inside the cell.” 

Will the results be seen straight away?
Following a Celluma LED Therapy treatment, there are some immediate visible changes in the skin but most changes occur naturally over a series of treatments. Results may continue to improve up to 4 to 6 weeks after a course as LED phototherapy continues to stimulate the natural cellular processes to rejuvenate and improve the quality of the skin. 

How many treatments are required?

Contraindications
Women who are pregnant, and clients with Epilepsy, should consult their physician before beginning LED light therapy treatments. You must wait five days after Botox or cosmetic fillers. Caution will be taken with medications that are known to cause light sensitivity.
